The School

We have developed a philosophy of the Business. It is neither theoretical, nor metaphysical, much less moral. It is pragmatic and aesthetic: we seek the why and wherefore of “action”, the dynamic foundation of the Business, the origin of “transformation”, the core of value generation.

That's what it's all about, that's what the Business is all about: transforming raw reality, adapting it, modulating it, refining it, shaping it, composing it, adapting it, developing it... generating value, a radically human expression of freedom of perfection.

Now we are communicating it. Participants in our programs are surprised because they are not usually aware that the business needs coherence, consistency and cohesion, a sense of unity and totality and, above all, they often do not know how to achieve this. It is done this way, knowing what it is.

It is deployed in intensive 4-hour seminars to discover key elements of the Businesses’ success and how to articulate them in a clear, unadorned organization.

PHILOSOPHY OF THE BUSINESS

It awakens a deep intuition of unrenounceable unity, a breathtaking panorama of a project to adhere to... or to leave. And it is very good because it allows us to orient ourselves: to know where we are and what we are doing. Some references would be:
