To lead is not merely to act, but to “do with meaning”: this is what we look for in our managers. That is why we are sure to offer this training that almost “does not exist”.

Knowing, understanding and managing resources, techniques, methods, skills... is all well and good for a neat and compliant manager.

But the best thing is to be better and to do better. We do not aspire to  deliver “certified” executives in the use of “tools”. We want them to know that the tool, or rather the instrument, is them, that they know how to carry out their function, that they do it with grace and success.

The basis is the relationship because, in essence, the modern and postmodern business is a pool of relationships between people.

LONG SEMINARS

Sixteen-hour activity (in blocks of four) for the knowledge and management of advanced management techniques: setting and selecting strategy, making executive decisions, aligning teams, motivating, focusing on the solution...

 

MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS

Custom to the requirements of the organization and its reality. Adapted to the circumstances of the participants: integrating the acquisition of knowledge and the development of attitudes, the program is articulated on the basic skills of middle management, because a well trained and well integrated management team in the Business is the independent variable of success.
